The property is very well maintained and managed. The property is located very close to the bus stand and the Madikeri town. The breakfast, hot water facility, clean rooms, washrooms and sheets were the pros. The overall experience staying at this place was great. Well maintained Homestay. Thoughtfully designed building, rooms and common area/terrace. Extra Large double beds, clean toilets, well decorated interior. Drinking water/Fridge/Tea kettle/tea bag’s/cups available. Very helpful owner and staff, always responding promptly. Good simple breakfast, some Indian kind (poori/chitranna/Aloo Sabji/tea during our stay) plus boiled egg and bread on request, no juice or corn flakes. I didn’t demand variety as I felt it’s too much to ask for more and more choices.

We enjoyed the space. The room was a good size, with a nice separate living room. The terrace outside was very pleasant. We appreciated the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee that came with the room. The location was good, in a quiet area, away from the busy town centre. Good wifi.

It's a residential place and very affordable rate 2150 for 2 nights. But really worth .The host served breakfast too. Actually while many expensive hotels charge 10k easily. The host Sukesh was very friendly. He did whatever we asked for .very nice person. And room is Enough for 3 + 1 child. We are really happy.

The rooms are neat and clean,plants,view from the balcony, Complimentary breakfast(very tasty)very helpfull behaviour of the care taker boys(Prasad and Yakshith). Highly recommended.
